Shipping policy

All sales are final; we do not accept returns or exchanges.

To ensure same-day shipping, orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday. We partner with USPS and UPS to deliver orders within the United States, with shipping costs calculated based on the total weight of your order.

If USPS Parcel Select is chosen and a package is returned to Grand Health Partners Store for any reason, the customer will be responsible for any additional return postage fees.
