How do I return an item?

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
Due to the nature of the products being sold at our store, GHP is not able to accept returns on any food products. If you receive any defective food products, please contact the GHP Store immediately to discuss a replacement product. Any non food products can be returned for exchange or a full refund within 7 days. After 7 days, we will offer an exchange or a store credit for up to 30 days. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. No media products, including books, CDs, DVDs, etc can be returned. The GHP Store has this return policy in place for the safety of our patients. If you wish to dispute any of our return policies, please contact our office manager at 616-464-4610.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
