Dark Chocolate Pudding with PB2 powder!

Here is a yummy dessert option for you!

Did you know that the GHP shake and pudding mixes make great desserts?  My current favorite is to use 1 packet of GHP dark chocolate shake/pudding mix, combine with 1 tablespoon of PB2 powder, add in 4 oz of cold water, and finally shake vigorously in a container with a lid.  I then pop it into the fridge for a few hours.  When I am ready for my dessert, I add a small dollop of Sugar Free Cool Whip.  So yummy!
